How To Brew Your Herbal Blend

1. Boil Water-195ºF/90ºC  Bring fresh spring water or your favorite bottled water to a boil. Remove from heat,
set aside 1 minute.

2. Prepare- Add 1-2 tsp of herbal tea blend per 8oz/250ml of water to your cup or teapot.

3. Steep Time-It’s important to cover your cup or teapot while steeping to keep nutrients and flavor from escaping.
Let the herbal tea blend steep for 5-10 minutes.

4. Strain-Strain herbal tea from water. If you don’t have a tea infuser you can use a cheesecloth making sure to
remove all of the herbal blend.

5. Savor-Enhance with honey, lemon or cayenne or whatever you prefer to make your perfect cup of herbal blend. Enjoy!

**Aswagandha tea: Anyone who has known allergies to aspirin should not drink this tea. This herb contains Salicin which is
also found in aspirin. Although, it is said that white willow bark will have the same effects as aspirin but without the hemorrhaging.
