Our Story
KayB Wellness began as my own healing. For 15 years I battled alcohol addiction. One day I cried out to Jesus, and He delivered me. In the months that followed, God led me into gentler rhythms; prayer, community, and simple, nourishing habits. Herbs became one of the ways I supported my body while God restored my life, blending teas gave me a place to pour my creativity and gratitude.
KayB Wellness is my offering a way to serve people and honor the God who saved me and made me new in Christ.
